- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone and in-person consultation to understand the needs of our customers and assess the required repairs. We walk the customer through the issues found, backed by evidence in photos, and provide solutions that are best for the customer financially and in the long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an Owens Corning Platinum Provider, a designation achieved by only 1% of contractors. This achievement is a rigorous process involving appropriate insurance, experience, and quality inspections. It allows us to offer exlcusive warranties up to 50 years in manufacturing defects and 25 years in workmanship guaranty.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our core customer base are residential homeowners, which makes up 95% of our business. In addition to this, we have done larger projects for churches and other places of worship as well.
