I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and to make coming to therapy a positive and worthwhile experience. I offer evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also practice general talk-therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and other types of treatments that may be a good fit for you and your situation. Some of my areas of expertise include anxiety, depression and ADHD. For couples, I specialize in communication, intimacy and infidelity. PLEASE NOTE: My Thumbtack quote is for self-pay and is a significant discount off my full fee. I am not in-network with any insurances but can help you use out-of-network insurance benefits if you have them. I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. I love to connect with people, and I think everyone deserves a nonjudgmental place to share feelings.
