Spencer was amazing in how he exceeded my expectations. He would face-time with me at stores (no contractor does that) and was incredibly helpful by making design and product suggestions. He drew up plans ... a job usually done by an architect and was very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question or request. His workers do excellent work. I have referred him to several of my real estate clients enthusiastically. I will definitely use Modo/Spencer again!

Best contractor I have ever worked with. Renovation went seamlessly and for a great price! We already have another contract with them to completely renovate our bathroom kitchen and living room. 100% recommend !
