- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the complexity of the situation. Once I have an understanding of what a client needs, I'll provide a reasonable quote to complete their returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my new customers and understand what they expect of me. Bringing on a new customer is more than just reviewing their W-2, 1099, prior year returns, and other tax documents. Although those forms are essential to prepare a new client's tax returns, it's my goal to understand a client's needs and financial situation in order to provide excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Fordham University in New York. I'm a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience.
