- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to know what your goals are, your workout experience, and if you have any injuries. During the first session, I will evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, technique, and form With this information, I then put together a workout that is appropriate and challenging for you. No two workouts are the same. I strongly believe in changing the routines to keep them fresh and fun!

Whether you’re already reasonably fit, completely out-of-shape, or you suffer from physical limitations, I can help you reach your goals. Many of my clients have knee, back, shoulder, or hip problems, but we work through these issues to strengthen the muscles around the joints, improving mobility, and reducing pain and discomfort.
