We are a local company offering eco-friendly cleaning services throughout Rochester and surrounding areas. We use our own researched, tested and effective cleaning products to make your home fresh, sparkling and disinfected. They are made with non-toxic, *biodegradable, pet & kid friendly ingredients, scented or unscented. We will bring all other necessary equipment as well. You do not need to supply anything. We are detail oriented, friendly and efficient. We offer a free, no obligation, walk-through, and estimate that is customized to your specific needs. Our pricing here on thumbtack is base pricing. It is a starting point, not an estimate or quote. Everyone's home is different; with different needs and requirements. It is, therefore, not possible to give definitive pricing before seeing your space. We look forward to hearing from you. House Pure has been fantastic to work with the last few years! I appreciate the regular thorough cleanings, making sure every detail is taken care of. One time they went out of their way to offer helping me change a hard-to-reach lightbulb. This awareness and kindness is so very thoughtful, and is just a small reflection of the overall services provided. I also greatly appreciate using natural and non-toxic cleaning substances in my home. Scheduling has never been an issue, and House Pure is very responsive to all communications. Lastly, I appreciate the kindness and love that House Purse always shows my dog (who is ALWAYS excited for a visit!). Without any hesitation, I highly recommend House Pure - and look forward to continuing to use their services long into the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all my client's houses individually as there are no two alike. I give discounts on bi weekly or weekly cleanings. The process you see listed on Thumbtack are guesstimations of averages. They are not SET prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll put together an estimate within 48 hours and email it you. Once you look it over and approve we schedule your cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done A LOT of online research and utilize a system of cleaning that is effective and efficient.
