SERVICES:
Semi-Private personal training ($65) - Nicely Fit Co. offers a fully personalized training program for our clients. The process starts with an in-person assessment with one of our trainers. We work with you to assess your fitness levels, understand your needs, body composition measurements, and establish your goals. From there, we will create a dynamic, personalized training program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Your training program will be accessible on our app where every workout will be tracked, along with other measures to ensure that you are making progress towards your goal. Our trainers will follow that program in each session, making appropriate changes to keep your body challenged, your workouts fun and exciting, and to tackle new goals. You’ll work with one of our trainers in semi-private groups (only one to three other people you will train with) designed to provide individualized attention and group camaraderie. Building a supportive community and network is important to us, and we just think it is more fun to workout and achieve goals with others than alone. Semi-private training is a great alternative to personal training which can be just as effective or more so and you can have fun training with other people and more often, since you are paying less!
Small group training ($30)- Nicely Fit Co offers small group classes designed to build strength, improve movement, and increase cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate elements of HIIT training, resistance training, body weight exercise, integrated core training, free weight exercises, and athletic based circuits to get the blood flowing, the body moving, and the mind focused. Our classes are fun and have a personal touch; we’re all about building community and sustainable health and fitness. All levels are welcome and exercises can be adjusted to ensure our workouts are appropriately challenging. We keep classes small to allow our trainers to focus on your needs. If you enjoy group training that has a purpose and has an appropriate amount of people in class where you can receive some feedback from the instructor, then look no further than Nicely Fit Co.
***Semi-Private Sessions include a 1-hour training session that is designed to help you reach your goal. In addition you receive access to the Nicely Fit Co. training app, which allows you to record and track your personally tailored fitness program. Every workout is saved on the app and tracked for progress. It also has food tracking, body composition stats, and you receive text/email/call support from me when we aren't together.
