Natural / Traffic Master $3.50 10 Years Wear Through Warranty Natural / Traffic Supreme $3.00 7 Years Wear Through Warranty Natural / Traffic Plus $2.50 5 Years Wear Through Warranty Add on Stain (color) per SF. Extra $1 . White ( light white wash or light grey ) extra $2 Must use with the Traffic Master ( only ) to protect light color ( non-yellowing finish ) and if want it lighter floor must be bleach ( to neutralize the color of the wood ) extra $2.Minimum job are base on 400SF. Meaning even if is 100sf will be charge base on 400sf. If the job is in a building prices will be extra $1 / if floor are a design floor pattern meaning ( parquet / herringbone / Chevron etc . Extra $0.70 bc is a lot extra sanding more preparation. If is a building with not elevator each walk up or floor will be a charge of $50 extra to Carrie Equipment up ( sample 3 floor walk up will be $150 ) Take out carpet only not disposal extra $0.75 /// take out carpet and disposal $1.50 /// take out carpet from set of 13 steps extra $175 ( lots of staples ) Repairs min charge is $170 up to 5 planks over that we charge per sf material and labor is $27 per SF ( weave method ) Add on DCS dust containment system extra $1 ( special system of vacuum attach to machines ) Installation of Wood floors Labor starts from $2.99 to $4.75 per SF.

The process of Refinishing is simple if a customer has the measure of each room we are able to give a quote by phone or by chat/text. For New Wood Floors Installations best we recommend is for setting a Free In-Home Design Consultation that way we can show our products and be able to see the conditions of your subfloor.

As Member of the National Wood Flooring Association, we were trained, certificate and License. All aspects of wood floors. NWFA.
