- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) The minimum order for a customer visit is $85, regardless of whether I completed the work in less than an hour or the customer suddenly canceled the order when I arrived or something went wrong (for example the furniture was delivered damaged or incomplete). 2) The regular prices for furniture assembly are for the first hour of assembly, and the second and subsequent hours are charged at a rate of $85 per hour. 3) TV mounting regular price is $130, if the TV larger than 60" +$30, if you need hiding wires inside the white box, you'll pay $5 more for each piece (1 feet). If you're not able to help me to lift the TV, I can come with helper but you will pay $60 more. 5) For any first order, you can get a 10% if you use promo code "DAMON 10%" and pay cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer places an order preferably with photos or links. Next, we coordinate the working conditions and the most convenient time for the customer to complete the order. After that, the employee arrives at a convenient time and at the address specified by the customer. The work is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible so that the customer is completely satisfied! At the end of the order, the customer pays for the order in any convenient way and leaves a fair review.
