- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and negotiable. Emergency rates are more expensive then normal hourly rates. Emergency rates start after 5pm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To give the customer a quote. Follow up with a phone call to discuss the service or installation. Estimates are free. Scheduling a visit to meet customer. Also to take a look at the work that is to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of HVAC/R schooling. (Associates Degree) 8 years of field experience. Been servicing and installing residential air - conditioning systems in nassau and suffolk county for 8 years. Been servicing commercial refrigeration systems for 5 years.
