Excellent work! Called Mark for a bid on exterior painting of the house, after talking to him we decided to go with residing the entire house, (the cost for the siding unbelievable how could we not). We are glad we did since old damage was found, Mark was able to have someone repair the wood & drywall. Mark and his crew were polite and professional and I can not say enough about the work We had the complete house sided, painting of the deck garage door & side doors.

I coulden't be more satisfied with Mark and his crew. They started the job just a few days after the estimate and worked non stop to finish the job. They replaced gutters, facia and various other odds and ends and was the only company who would be willing to tackle the job due to the limited 4 foot space between buildings.

When we made an appointment for an estimate he was very pushy that I needed to be ready to make a decision on the spot. Said he didn’t want to waste his time driving to my house for nothing. He did offer a 10% discount if I hired him on the spot but I’m sure the estimate was inflated to cover that. I canceled the appointment several days before it was scheduled

Hi Mark, I try to take all my estimates SERIOUSLY and i always give prices at the end of each estimate. i do offer a 10 precent discount if we go ahead with the quote and we schedule a start date. the reason why i like for you homeowners to make decisions on the spot is because i have had many tire kickers and window shoppers looking around for free quotes. it is a big chunk of my day to get in my truck, drive to the location, measure the house, write a quote, and drive back just for a no. I apologize if this method of conducting business is not to your liking.
