Charron Development needs to commit to keeping appointments once they are set up with prospective clients and communicating with them if for some reason the appointment cannot be kept. Recognize that contractor gets busy and plans need to change, however missed appointments and no communication wastes the client's time and gives the impression that the contractor wouldn't be serious about being committed to job if awarded.
