These guys were pretty professional, came when they said they would and even used credit from my initial service fee towards parts needed to fix my boiler.

I gave a full description of what I needed which was just to replace a dryer hose in the attic (which I had all of the supplies). I was told that it was $50 to which I agreed. I was told I had to Zelle ahead of time, which was odd, but ok. After I sent the money over, I was told that the whole job wouldn’t be $50 and they will let me know how much more. Total bait and switch. Even when I sent the screenshot of my conversation here in Thumbtack, they wouldn’t honor the price. As you can see in the message, it’s black and white. Incredibly disappointed. Do not use company.

Kevin wanted services to be totaling for $50. In no way should anyone ever expect to pay under $60 dollars for a person to perform labor in their house that will take over 2 hours. We would be more than happy to revisit the project and charge $50 to be placed as credit towards total. Kevin you are welcomed to still hire us should you change your mind.
