our business and motto is simple "let our family help your family" At the end of the day having your house during a renovation can be nerve raking and we are here to sooth your fears and make everything less frightening. from beginning to end we stay in contact with our clients along the way with progress reports and photos to keep you up to date of what is going on. we treat you how we would want our own mother treated so this works for us. Chano and his crew (especially Victor and Nelson) at Family Designs and Construction are fabulous. They did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. The crew was friendly and clean, really treating my home and project with respect. They were wonderful to work with and I'm so happy I went with them.

Family designs and construction did a wonderful job with my bathroom and kitchen floor. Not only did they abide by all the rules of my co-op but the price was completely within my budget. The work was done extremely professionally and they took into account all the nitty gritty details we asked for. 100% satisfied with the end product!

This company did a fantastic job remodeling the upstairs of my house. The work was done well and quickly. They stayed close to budget besides a few unforeseen hiccups. It was comprised of a master bedroom with on-suite and walk in closet, and two medium size bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. Its so nice to have more space than you know what to do with! Everything looks like it has been there forever however bright clean and new. Living through a renovation is never easy so even though I am so glad its over, Family Designs did a great job.

We offer what we call a hero discount and that’s for police fireman and active military as well
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know the finance upfront as remodeling a home is not cheap and will always pay it self off in the long run
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can’t say it enough education education education. We live in a great time we’re we are getting better products and those products are lasting longer and the manufacturers have schools to teach you how to install them to deliver your clients a better over all experience.
