our business and motto is simple "let our family help your family" At the end of the day having your house during a renovation can be nerve raking and we are here to sooth your fears and make everything less frightening. from beginning to end we stay in contact with our clients along the way with progress reports and photos to keep you up to date of what is going on. we treat you how we would want our own mother treated so this works for us. Family Designs & Construction did a fantastic re-model on our master bathroom. Ronnie W and myself are very thankful for their experience and the customer service they extended to us. The sub-contractors used by Family Designs were very qualified and meticulous cleaning up the work area every evening at quitting time. No messes were left. Any questions the subs had they would halt all work, contact Mel Deeds, the contractor, then meet with us before any work continued. Mel Deeds with Family Designs who had designed the re-model was excellent. Mel is very customer oriented and very knowledgeable...he took care of us.Thank you Family Designs & Construction for a job well done. Thank you Mel Deeds for your caring and the attention to the project and us.

We offer what we call a hero discount and that’s for police fireman and active military as well
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know the finance upfront as remodeling a home is not cheap and will always pay it self off in the long run
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can’t say it enough education education education. We live in a great time we’re we are getting better products and those products are lasting longer and the manufacturers have schools to teach you how to install them to deliver your clients a better over all experience.
