- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of a service call is calculated by type of service requested, as well as distance to location. We always acquire as much information from our customer as possible to work the most affordable quote for their assembly, repair, or equipment relocation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with new customers, we try to obtain as much information about the job or issue as possible so that we can assist our customer to the best of our ability. Communicating with the customer helps present them with an accurate quote for service and gives Fit Tech Express the information needed to present possible solutions for any repairs or issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fit Tech Express has over 15 years working in the fitness equipment industry. Our technicians have the experience on working on all makes and models of equipment in both residential and commercial gyms.
