We were changing our chandelier in the dining room and ran into an issue with the new unit and then with the dimmer switch. When we tried to put the old one back and a new switch it wasn’t working properly, so we reached out to Incendio for help. Todd responded immediately. He was able to be onsite within the hour, he tested the lines, got things figured out, and in no time at all he got the switch and light working again.
