Brendon was easy to talk to, and he understood what I wanted. He went out of his way to arrange for a custom wood saddle to be crafted for the transition from hallway to living room.
His work is precise. He left the area clean. I was short of 3 tiles and I fully trust that he'll be back to install them when I receive them.
