- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would schedule a 10-15 minute introductory phone call to understand the client’s needs. I will ask some questions to get a better idea of the best focus for the session. This also provides the client with an opportunity to ask me any questions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Reiki Master and registered Somatic Movement Therapy.
