Namaste. The light in me acknowledges the light in you. I am so grateful for you stopping by! I have my 200 hr Yoga Certification from Three Sisters Yoga and am a member of the Yoga Alliance. I can lead vinyasa flows, either slowly to focus on alignment and strength goals or faster for cardio goals! I also specialize in guided meditations, breath work to lower anxiety, and modifications. Ultimately, there is not one way to do yoga. Every body is a yoga body. The process will always start with a conversation between me and you and the sequences will start from there! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am offering my first 15 1 on 1 clients $60 sessions and a 4 for the price of 3 bundle at $180! I am open to group events for a charge of $200!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a new customer fill out an intake form for what that customer would like out of their practice. I will also have an initial call to go over goals and see if we are a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my yoga teacher certification.
