We LOVE our German Kitchen Center kitchen cabinets, and they cost us several thousand dollars less than cabinets of lesser quality that we had planned to get before we saw our German Kitchen Center cabinets. Every person we dealt with at German Kitchen Center, the sales people who were also the skilled designers of our kitchen layout, the installers and the owner, were all extremely prompt, accommodating and knowledgeable. They all were willing to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with us at times that were not their usual work hours. They always answered our emails and phone calls the same day.Other cabinet installers we spoke with told us that they install cabinets, but do not remove the old cabinets, counter, or backsplash, do not do blocking or bracing, and do not sell or install a new piece of Caesarstone we needed. German Kitchen and their subcontractors did all of this for us. They were even able to match our existing Caesorstone, which is no longer being manufactured.Our existing lower cabinets were supporting a nine-foot long Caesarstone counter weighing several hundred pounds. Other installers had told us that the stone must be removed to replace the lower cabinets, with the risk of the stone breaking and with us having to pay for a replacement if needed. The Kitchen Cabinet Center installers were able to reinstall the lower cabinets without having to disturb the stone at all. Amazing job!The cabinets are spectacular and exceptionally well designed for efficient and convenient use of the available space.THANK YOU, Elizabeth, Wafaa, Roei, Aura and your subcontractors at German Kitchen Center for making our kitchen the most beautiful kitchen in the neighborhood. We give you our highest recommendation.

** This review is FAKE ** Why? To get a service from us you will need to step in our showroom and your information to be in our system, both didn't happen. Plus, you will need to buy a kitchen in order to get a service. Also, If you have made purchase with us it is very unlikely you will 'go elsewhere' because: 1. We don't leave unfinished jobs (ever) 2. No one "goes elsewhere" after they just made 10k+ deposit, or fully paid for their kitchen. We are not sure what are the intentions of this review, we are working to have this removed.

My husband and I highly recommend the German Kitchen Center in Queens for your kitchen renovation. The staff is very knowledgeable, talented and responsive, engendering confidence in their abilities. Our main contacts were Wafaa and Valentina, but we also talked with Elizabeth, Aura and Roei at times. All work seamlessly together to ensure you have the kitchen design you want. They are all very personable, have a 'can do' attitude and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They were patient with our never-ending concerns and questions and we felt completely at ease dealing with them...so much so, we enjoyed our visits to the showroom.The only reason this is not a "5" rating is we found ourselves very involved in all aspects making sure the many details were coordinated and went as smoothly as possible. Despite that, as with most renovations, there is always the unexpected that can't be controlled (e.g. stove gas pipe in the way, heat riser pipe hidden behind the old pantry, sink that barely fit, but finally did, etc.). The staff went above and beyond and were very quick to do everything they could to help resolve these situations. This did result in some delays coordinating with the various contractors, but we all worked together as a team and it all came out amazing! We love our new kitchen and having finished just before the COVID shutdown in NY, weve gotten to know it intimately quickly!

Renovated my kitchen this past year and could not be happier. Everyone involved in the process was professional and most patient with me and my wife. From the owner, Roei, to the the office manager, Wafaa, to my main designer, Elizabeth, to my project manager, Aura I found individuals who did all that could to produce a wonderful new kitchen. I've hired many contractors in the past and found most to be lacking in some way or another. At German Kitchen Center I think you will be most satisfied with your experience. Lastly, I must single out Juan, who installed my kitchen. He is amazing. His attention to detail and ability to execute are unparalleled. I wish I could hire him for a few other projects I have lined up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
German Kitchen Center's price point starts at $12,000. Currently, we do not offer partial work or repairs. We offer free design consultation meetings (in-person and online), and the first design of your new kitchen for free. We do run monthly promotions and discounts which you can ask our designers about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The general process is: 1. Design your kitchen 2. Quote your kitchen 3. Retainer - After the initial quote or design, we usually have to make some changes to get to the final result. At this point, if all sounds good and we want to move forward, you will have to pay a retainer which is paid towards your future order with us. 4. Finalize the design 5. Submit the order 6. Receive the ETA for your order (Or choose a delivery week if you need it at a later date) 7. Delivery 8. Installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our kitchen designers are well trained and knowledgeable. Their background is either interior design or architecture. We have ongoing training, so they all keep up with the trends and new solutions.
