Ana was great! We have hired at an home grooming before, and didn’t get exactly the results we wanted, but Ana listened to all our requests and made sure we were not disappointed. She was very punctual and kept me up to date on her arrival time. My dog did have some matting near his rear end and she got rid of those for us. 10/10 will hire her again as our dog’s consistent groomer.

A few months ago, our approximately 11 year old Shih Tzu mix dog Madge went thru a traumatic experience which left her completely blind. (When she was rescued at around 3 years of age, she was already an anxious dog. And of course, more so now.) On past groomings, we’ve had to use a muzzle on her. Ana somehow managed to groom our dog without one. She did so by patiently talking to Madge in her soft, soothing demeanor which helped calm Madge. And a wonderful job she did - our senior dog looks beautiful! We are pleased with Ana that we’ve already scheduled her next grooming. Yes, 100% we recommend her service!
