Recently bought a home and with any new home, issues arise. One of which was flooding in my basement. I hired HRC Waterproofing to address the waterproofing needs of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an excellent job, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with precision. Ray, in particular, was outstanding with communication, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. After dealing with multiple contractors doing various work on my home, Ray was by far the best from his knowledge, recommendations you truly get a sense that he cares enough to find the best solution. This company is amazing, the work that they have done on my basement has been completely successful at keeping water out of the space. They are professional, reliable, answer any and all questions, and have a very matter of fact no pressure way of giving an assessment of your situation and their suggestions for a game plan. Incredible experience with HRC waterproofing. After three basement floods over 10 years we reached out to HRC and Raymond and his team (on short notice) put in pumps and a French drain. Our basement has stayed dry through several severe storms in which our neighbors experienced flooding.

Overall great experience! The inspectors came the very next day since I had lots of water coming in after some heavy rain and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Very professional and fair price for the amazing work that was done! I would definitely recommend them.
