Jose was also punctual and super responsive. Thank you very much for working around my crazy schedule and getting the job done in record time. He helped me replace my leaking toilet. He picked up the new toilet my wife wanted and took away the old toilet like I wanted. I had forgot to ask him about that before he came out because I didn’t want to get stuck having to trash the old one. He asked me if I wanted to keep it or if I wanted him to get rid of it. Super nice guy, and he already knew what questions I had or was going to ask before I asked them. He basically brought up all important aspects before I did. I really appreciate the service your company did for me. I will be using you guys again if and when I need it. Thanks team!

Bravo Plumbing did not do what he said he would do. He said he would leave me a receipt after he was done so I could have my warranty in place. He left without providing me one and he repeatedly lied thru multiple text messages and phone calls that he would provide one. Very unprofessional behavior. He surprised me very much by acting this way. I would never use him again.
