Might be a scam of some sort. First wanted me to send pictures. I responded that the issue needs physical inspection. Said he could come out next day at 11am and asked me for my address. I provided it and confirmed the time. Next day when I hadn't heard anything by 10:45, I initiated contact and he replied that "something came up", and asked if he could come by after 2:30. I asked if he could commit to being here by 3pm. Crickets. He never responded again.
