- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and pricing vary depending on what each customer is trying to accomplish. It depends on what is needed, the lens type used, lighting, dimensions of the area, the resolution needed, the type of camera used,the brand of camera, the length of the runs. We also install systems bought by the customer.We can provide estimates with some details of the project but it is always best to survey the property first before installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Have a phone conversation about the project and what the client is trying to accomplish. 2. Try to set up an appointment so i can survey the area and suggest what is needed 3. Agree on system and pricing 4. Set a date for install 5. Sign contract, collect a small deposit. 6. Complete wiring and Install cameras 7. Configure system for remote online viewing 8, Adjust and Focus cameras 9. Clean up after our selves. 10. Train Customer to use system. 11. Paid for balance at end of job, provide receipt and warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is extensive in the field of networking and low voltage electrical and controls; the following is a list of some of the certifications and license i hold, Cisco certified, Microsoft Certified Administrator, FOA certified (Fiber Optic), NY State Licensed Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm / NY State low voltage electrician, NJ Licensed Telecommunications Electrical Contractor,NICERT fire alarm certified, NJ electronic Security licensed , NJ fire alarm licensed, coupled with over 20 years of working in the field of network engineering, designing and implementing various systems data and electronic security networks.
