I cannot say enough good things about Santamaria Roofing!! Jose and his team have done 2 jobs for me now, and both came out great! Not only did they get the work done fast, they cleaned up so well that even my neighbor told me he was amazed at the attention to detail. I love how Jose sent pictures of the progress and used a drone to show me in detail how every step of the process was done right! If you are looking for quality work at an affordable price, Jose and Santamaria are the right company to hire!

Working with Jose was fantastic. He called and showed up when he said he would, returned all our texts /calls very quickly. Imagine that!Jose was on site the entire 3 days, answered my daily questions lol, found us if he needed clarification and was very approachable. He told us from the very beginning, if you don't like something or have any questions come tell me .Jose and his crew were polite and worked 8-10 hours a day in extreme heat. Our job included, a complete new roof with deck (plywood), 4 new skylights, new Siding, updated front patio, new soffits and gutters.Jose and his team showed up every day as promised. We Highly recommend Jose. He even answered our questions AFTER the job was complete! My house is beautiful. Roof is Leak free Highly recommend
