I would highly recommend Chef Townsend if you are in New York. The food was delicious. Very well seasoned. He was very professional and punctual. He even worked with me on payment issues we were having on thumbtack. Great Chef. Keep up the great work!

Chef Townsend is one of the best Chefs I have ever dealt with! He made my wife’s birthday experience one to remember and everyone was grateful for the food he prepared. He was extremely professional, on time, the food was amazing and most importantly he cleaned up in a manner that made it seem like he wasn’t even there. I would highly recommend him to be a head chef of a restaurant or for private events.

Chef Kyle catered a planning session for me. Everything was great. The Jerk chicken was juicy and flavorful. The lo mein was off the chart. People were calling about it days later.
