- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Design: Free 30 minute phone call to discuss project or questions. $0.00 Two hour initial consultations are charged. Time blocks of 3, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 20 hours are paid in advance. The more hours that are purchased in advance the more savings per hour. Purchase money for accessories and art are collected in advance. All custom orders for furniture, draperies are paid in full upon placement of order. We also have a few flat fee pacakages for big projects, once the project scope is determined and we review the project site we can determine which one. We will also work on a percentage of the budget. Drawings are an additional fee. Reimbursable Expenses: any out of pocket costs relating to your project specifically, ie, transportation, goods or services. Delivery fee's not included. Installer gratituties not included. Landscaping: The money spent on a landscaping job will bring their property value up. Customers will spend as much on labor as the cost of plants. Consultations are two hours for fee. Designing fees for garden planning will range from $500-$2,000 dollars per garden section. That would include garden layout, walk through video, and plant listings. Installation labor fees are additional. All depending on lot size and terrain layout. And would be determined once all plans are approved.

For Interior Design: Step 1 - Consultation With Ivan E. DeGonzalez Step 2 - Fee Proposal Outlining Project Scope and Estimated Design Fees Step 3 -Site Measure And Planning Day Step 4 - Concept Development, Sourcing, Researching, Quotes + Estimates Step 5 - Presentation, Budget, Revision (If Any) & Follow Up Presentation Step 6 - Initiation Of Construction/Procurement & Project Management Step 7 - Budget Review (On Larger Projects) Step 8 - Receipt of Orders and Initial Installations Step 9 - Furniture Installation & Styling/Project Reveal/Walk Through Step 10 - Resolving Deficiencies Step 11 - Client Closure Meeting & Photography For Landscaping Projects: I go for a paid two hour consultation to meet with the client and see their gardens. We go over their garden and discuss ideas. And what type of garden they want. Then we measure the area to be planted. After that we design the garden in a landscape design program. Create a list and floor plan layout of the plants. Once all of the planning is done we meet with the clients again to present the new landscape design. Then we move to the installation process.

Interior Design: I studied interior Design at Fashion Institute of Technology. Landscaping: My education in interior design relates to garden design in the sense that, both entail the same principles of design. I'm self thought in landscaping with over twenty years experience in gardening.
