Contacted Andrew to install engineered wood flooring bought at Home Depot after the installer sent by HD could not complete the installation . He was the first Thumbtack contractor to respond and came later in the day at the time he specified to give an estimate. He was able to come back two days later to do the installation and finished the job in one day. He even removed the furniture from the room and put it back. He is very professional and takes great pride in his work. The floor looks great. I would hire him again if the need arose.

Andrew is always on time and he does provide materials However make sure you know which materials you really want. I redid my hallway floors and thought it would be hardwood but instead it was floating planks which were very much unstable and not leveled in certain areas . I guess my mistake was due to the fact that I wasn't home while the work was being done, so I came home to a 90% completed job with material that I did not like. Also, the molding was missing parts and not leveled. There were also a few areas were left undone but when I inquired he did return to finish it. When I mentioned that the floors were a bit unstable, when he returned he hammered nails in the floating floor ( which he told me wouldn't work in the beginning ) causing a few mosaic pieces to break off the stairs I'm sure had I been there when the work was being done things could have been better
