Our focus is quality and perfectionism in which we never cut corners , even when it’s more expensive . Some of our competitors are cheaper , but we will take the time to make sure your 100% happy and 100 % satisfied . We have an excellent customer service team and we only use high quality materials . We are licensed and are insured , workers compensation and disability insurance and bonded . We have licensed electricians , plumbers , architect , designers, carpenters , tilers , painters , wood floor installers etc with each employee holding over 30 years of experience with their crafts.

Kinetic’s attention to detail, great workmanship , knowledgeable staff and professionalism truly set them apart from all other contraction firms i met in this hiring process. They built an itemized plan and organized subcontractors , staff and entire crew that helped me through the construction job when i purchased a investment property fixer upper . Kinetic met and exceeded all expectations and renovated an old house to a beautiful home with new kitchen , bath and basement exactly how i had envisioned it . I highly recommend kinetic and i will be working with them in the fall once more as i am looking to purchase another fixer upper for my investment portfolio .

Kinetic did an amazing job on my kitchen and bathroom renovations! The team was professional, attentive, and handled everything from design to permits seamlessly. I especially loved the custom cabinetry and the elegant marble countertops in the kitchen, as well as the luxurious rainfall shower and heated floors in the bathroom. The final result exceeded my expectations with stunning, functional spaces. Highly recommend Kinetic for top-quality renovations!

We contracted Kinetic Construction to do a complete home remodel and we couldn't have been happier with the results! Scope of work included new bathrooms, kitchen, interior and exterior flooring, drywall modifications, relocation of utilities, electrical, etc. They were very pleasant, very responsive, great attention to detail, no surprises, and no issues meeting the schedule (which was key for us). Their design recommendations for the kitchen and bathroom layout were excellent. They brought great design ideas to the table which made the decision-making process very quick. They maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any project.
