This is the best experiences I had working with a contractor. His work is top notch , very reasonable price, clean work space , respectful , and honest . He doesnt want to rip you off and looks for ways to save you money . Olu made sure he checked to make sure every radiator in the home was working before leaving. I would use him any for any job in my home highly recommended.

I am not one to write reviews but I was so moved for Olu and his team. If you have a job that is within the scope of his work, you should rest assured that Olu is among the best and save yourself further time and work with him to get it done. I say this from experience of engaging a full bidding process, back/forth with multiple professionals and finally hiring Olu. Since the initial job (installation of hot water heater), where he gave me a fair estimate, scoped out the project, related concerns and appraisal for additional tasks. I had a firm deadline and even with issues with subcontractors he prioritized our work and met the deadlines. I look forward to working with him further and I recommend for you to do the same.

We are allowed to choose only three but I would like to include value and punctuality as well. Olu kept me involved in every step of the process to show me the non-functional parts of the boiler (corroded gas valve, and missing expansion tank and air eliminator that had been removed by an unscrupulous contractor). He also let me know the price of each item and how it functioned in conjunction with the rest of the system. The fact that he was able to run around for parts and get the heat taken care of before scheduled occupancy of the apartment — during a holiday week — was really helpful. I would highly recommend him!
