MUST HIRE! These guys are the most fantastic, hard working, knowledgeable, caring people I have ever worked with. They care about your problem as a friend or family member. They are honest and beyond fair with pricing and everything else. You are doing yourself a disservice if you hire anyone else. I woke up to no hot water and I hired A-Rai Construction to help me replace the non-functioning water heater. They purchased it, removed the old one, replaced and connected the new one within a few hours. They worked very hard and did a phenomenal job! I'd hire them again, for sure.

We lost the super in our building and we need quick reliable service to do major repairs in an apartment. Im glad that I found Sunny and A-Rai construction. They were able to do a gut renovation of a bathroom in less than a week. Everything looked great and everyone we worked with was very cordial and professional.
