FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for wedding co-ordination starts about 45 days prior to the event. The assumption is that you have most (if not all) of your major vendors booked already with signed contracts and deposits. I schedule a meeting with you around the 45 day mark where we discuss the most updated guest count, flow for the day of, vendor information and anything else you think I should be aware of. I then take over all vendor and venue communication as well as any guest updates you would like to hand over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an initial free consultation call for upto 45 minutes where we get to know each other a little bit and see if we are a good match for each other. This is where I answer all your questions and you get to tell me everything regarding the big day that makes you wake up in a sweat : ). If we click and you would like to work with me, we go from there. From the minute we sign a contract, regardless of how early it is in the process, I am always available to you via text and email to assist as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in hospitality and events for a decade now and have been coordinating weddings both locally and at various destinations for 5 years now. I know the vendors in the city and am very comfortable recommending vendors as well as helping you assess pricing and services.
