I recently had John come over to fix our chimney and clean the air ducts, and I couldn’t be happier with his work! He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in both the chimney repair and the air duct cleaning. John took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed everything efficiently, leaving the place spotless. On top of that, he offered a family-friendly price that was very fair. I highly recommend John’s services to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable cost!

I had a terrible experience with this company and want to warn others before booking. When the technician arrived, he came in a personal car instead of a company truck, which was my first red flag. He carried a bag of equipment and was supposed to clean three dryer vents. However, the tool he used—a drill attachment—didn’t seem long enough to properly clean the entire vent, ensuring airflow all the way outside. Nor did he have the vacuum system with him. Before scheduling, the company told me that they would have to access the job then give a price. When the technician arrived, he quoted me $600 to $700, which was shocking. When I refused, he said he would contact his manager to work something out. He then lowered the price to $450, which I still declined. As I was about to pay just the evaluation fee, he dropped it again to $350. Since he was already there and other contractors weren’t available until later, I agreed. Later, when I contacted the company about the price difference, they seemed unaware of the $600 to $700 quote. They told me they had originally quoted me $235, which made it clear that the technician took it upon himself to try to upcharge me for extra profit. It also became obvious that he didn’t have the proper supplies for the job. At one point, he even asked if I had a ladder he could use, which was extremely unprofessional. Throughout the cleaning, he kept reassuring me that he was doing an amazing job. Afterward, he sealed the vents with regular duct tape, which concerned me. I specifically asked if the tape was professional-grade and heat-resistant, and he insisted it was “very good.” Everything appeared fine until the next morning, when I walked outside and saw that the vents were still full of lint and debris. Lint was flying out of them, and there was a pile of it on the ground near the foundation of my house. I contacted the technician and sent him pictures of the poorly cleaned vents. He told me to contact the company, as they would send a different technician. When I reached out, the company initially agreed to send someone else, but after multiple follow-ups asking when that would happen, they eventually told me they were unable to send another technician and instead offered me a $100 refund. I accepted the refund, but I was still highly dissatisfied because I had now paid $250 for a job that wasn’t done correctly—and I had to hire another company to fix it. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting the technician directly, he blocked me. That alone proves he’s a scammer. Beware of this company! They hire untrained workers who don’t have the right equipment, and you may end up paying twice to get the job done right. This version keeps everything clear, professional, and impactful. You can now post it as your final review! Let me know if you ever need another revision.
