For college, I went to Johns Hopkins University and graduated in 2015. In high school I swam for Long Island Aquatic Club, a nationally ranked swim program, and made it to the state competition my senior year. My sister swam for the Jamaican National Team for four years, and I was able to get some experience seeing what their training is like as well. Today, I utilize all of the information and experience to help me more quickly get my clients to the specific results that they are looking for.
Personally guiding clients to their swimming or fitness goals is very gratifying, especially because whether that is weight loss, stomach slim-down, increasing strength, finally learning how to swim, improving swim stroke to be an efficient swimmer, full body transformation, anxiety coaching, breathing coaching, athletic event prep, cycle race prep, gaining muscle, toning up, increasing strength, or just doing a little something for their next Instagram photo shoot, there is no greater feeling than seeing someone truly enjoy the many benefits of a personal training sessions or swim lessons, which ultimately changes the course of their overall health or quality of life for the better. I've noticed that most people go through trainers or instructors and do not continue simply because the rapport is not built or their needs are brushed over. Throughout the years, I have made it a singular goal of mine to ensure that each client has an amazing experience from the start. This is what I believe has led to my success. My only objective is to build immediate rapport, each and every time, so that I can effectively communicate better with the client.
Lastly, providing exceptional customer service, to me, is equally as important as anything else. Looking forward to getting started!
