With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, home to one of the world’s top three medical schools, and over a decade of training experience, I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional value to my clients, helping them achieve their goals efficiently without wasting time. We incorporate PNF stretching both before and after each session to enhance flexibility and performance. I greatly appreciate clients who are serious about their fitness journey—those who know their preferred schedule, location, and are ready to start. There’s nothing more rewarding for me than seeing a client reach their goals—it’s truly fulfilling for both of us. And once you've achieved your goals, I'm always available to support you in maintaining them. Pricing: - One session: $80 - Eight sessions: $450 (visible results are often achieved by this point). This package can also be converted into 12 virtual sessions and includes FREE follow-up sessions, personalized meal plans, and an informative eBook that answers many common questions. -Twenty four sessions: $900 **Limited time only** (recommended for those who really want to save). This package can also be converted into 36 virtual sessions and includes FREE follow-up sessions, personalized meal plans, and an informative eBook that answers many common questions. Feel free to book your sessions now! We can train at any location that’s convenient for you—whether it’s an apartment complex, local gym, park, or even in-home or in-office. I’m flexible with timing, offering appointments from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, depending on availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s pretty simple. Once we finalize the day, time, and location for your first session, we'll get started. During the initial workout, or even before on a call or through text, we’ll take time to discuss your specific goals and any limitations you may have. If preferred, we can incorporate stretching before and/or after workouts.
