- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wine tasting fees depend on the how many hours and how many wines, as well as how many people in the event. Group discounts and returning customers I offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer will send an email with all required information, ie, date, time, how many people, how many wines to tastes, food pairing options, type of event either social/private or corporate and if they have budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have opened and trained over 29 restaurants openings with wine training. I have written many wine lists for restaurants and have done many private tastings.
