I am a travel photographer nestled in Upstate NY, specializing in wedding photography and portraiture. Well known for my creativity, energetic personality and passion for the craft. I have worked in the industry for over 15 years and have over 300 weddings in my career. I travel all over the United States for my wedding work. Robyn was very friendly when interacting with my husband and I while capturing our wedding photos. And was very reasonably prices. There was, however, a lack of communication that, as the Bride To Be, I was very uncomfortable with. Emails were rarely responded to within 10 days. Our photos weren't edited as I had many unwanted blemishes on my face, unused chairs surrounding the area still remained in finished photos and she did not take the time to center and move people within the photos to make them look professional. My opinion was that Robyn had too many promised engagements that ended up interfering with her work. If you choose to work with this photographer, please discuss levels of communication, level of editing that you'd like done and any key shots that you'd like taken for your big day, prior to putting down your deposit.

Robyn did both our engagement and wedding shots. Both for reasonable prices and good quality. She was punctual and it was very obvious that it wasn't her first gig. She knew what to do and what pictures to take without us having to even tell her. She was also very accommodating with the changes in hours. She did awesome!!

We were completely thrilled with our photos from Robyn. She was super easy to work with, especially her willingness to roll with the craziness of an outdoor wedding that we planned ourselves. Everything did not go according to plan, and she was fantastic at working with the craziness. I love the photos from her, and I'm so glad we chose to work with her. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quoted price will always be the final price. I never add hidden fees or expenses. Clients always have the option to purchase prints or additional products at their leisure, but I also do not push sales onto my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, period. The more you talk with a client and get to know them, their personality, style and concept... the easier shoot day is. Communication is everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the photography industry for over 10 years. My portfolio includes high end events in NYC, shooting runway, a few celebrities, commercial product images for Cabela's as well as most all areas of portrait photography. I have trained through workshops and private sessions with model photographer Joe Edelman and am a member of several photography groups for creative growth.
