We had an emergency with our furnace and hot water heater the Sunday right before Christmas, one of the coldest days yet this season. Unfortunately whoever installed our system originally never put a shut off valve at the water heater so we had to shut all water off to the house to avoid our basement flooding - leaving us with no heat, hot water or any running water at all. We put in a call to Mike and he dropped everything he was doing and rushed over to assess the situation. He immediately started making calls to figure out a solution for us. Unfortunately our original water heater isn't normally carried by anyone and we would of had to order one which wouldn't come till well after Christmas. Mike along with his colleague Josh were able to figure out a way to bypass our old system installing a new electric hot water tank and get our oil furnace back up and running so we had heat. Without Mike not sure what we would have done! He went above and beyond and refused to leave us without heat/water. Highly recommend for any home improvement project! I know we are definitely going to be contacting him again in the near future for some planned projects we have.

Have over 20 years of hands on training taught by the best people in the trades!! Experience is key in these trades!!
