FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-home pt rates vary on the distance I have to travel. Other variables affecting the rate include the length of the session; either 30-minute or full hour; and whether the session is 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or a small group. Discounts are given based on the number of sessions that are prepaid. Additionally, nutrition coaching services are a separate fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a detailed phone discussion of the client's fitness experience, health status, and goals. Thereafter, we schedule an appointment for a comprehensive fitness assessment that encompasses cardiovascular fitness, strength, and mobility. This enables me to put together a safe and effective exercise program design. The first workout making use of the program will take place during the second appointment.
