this repair person is a complete fraud. he charges a rate just to take the computer or laptop to a actual certified person who fixes computers. he has worked out a financial situation through a 3rd party vendor. that is unacceptable and unprofessional and misleading. I already paid him $80.00 cash and then he bought the wrong parts and then tried to charge me 400 on top of that when he isn't the person ordering the parts and doing the physical service of labor to my computer. I will never ever refer this person to anyone and he had threaten me and threatened to keep my laptop if I don't pay him instead of just paying the certified IT technician directly. he is a negative representation of thumbtack and I have filed a police report and I have contacted my attorney.
