- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer should know that there is a base fee for every visit, and according to the technicians' observation and thorough inspection, we can come with a "reasonable" fee conclusion. Don't get scared, while fees are important, our major goal is to ensure the work is done and our customers are happy and have peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, by getting the preliminary information about the customer ( their household or business units), the pest situation, Agree on an initial base fee, send a qualified technician/exterminator to the respective address. This way, a proper inspection and work would be conducted effectively.
