I contacted Legacy Notary & Process Serving to facilitate an immediate need to serve two entities. When I first contacted her, it was abundantly clear that she was very well-versed in the process and demonstrated the ability to handle it within the timeframe I asked. I cannot say enough good things about Pauline Davis. If you need a process server, do yourself a favor and hire Pauline. Do not risk your case with anyone else. Before finding Pauline, I unfortunately had a very negative experience with another process server who claimed to have over 40 years of experience. Despite that claim, he failed to properly serve my eviction papers, which nearly cost me thousands of dollars and could have jeopardized my entire case. In a last minute emergency, I searched on the Thumbtack app and came across Pauline. After reading through her reviews and seeing nothing but positive feedback and exceptional service, I decided to reach out. At 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning, I sent her a message through Thumbtack. To my absolute surprise, she called me within three minutes. I was honestly astonished by how responsive she was, especially that early on a Sunday. I explained my situation and how the previous process server had mishandled my case. I also told her I needed to obtain a fresh copy of the documents from my attorney and would send them Monday morning. As soon as I sent the paperwork on Monday, Pauline responded immediately and told me she would be there in 19 minutes to serve the tenants. And she meant it. Nineteen minutes later, the papers were served. These particular tenants had been extremely difficult and had previously avoided service, but Pauline handled everything with professionalism, urgency, and confidence. She clearly dropped everything to make sure my situation was handled properly and within the required time frame. Throughout the process she kept me informed every step of the way. She even provided photos and video proof of service, which gave me incredible peace of mind. During this time I was under enormous stress. I had been losing sleep, struggling to eat, and dealing with intense anxiety over this tenant situation. Pauline reassured me the entire time and made me feel like I was not alone in navigating such a difficult process. What impressed me even more was that she didn’t just perform the service and disappear. She took the time to provide helpful advice and even referred me to additional resources that could help with my situation, information that many people would normally have to pay to receive. She referred me to a charity that helps homeowners that are financially struggling to meet their financial obligation due to tenants not paying. Pauline is not only highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about this business, but she is also compassionate and genuinely cares about the people she helps. Her dedication, responsiveness, and attention to detail quite literally saved my case. When I say my heart skipped a beat and i started to cry once I found out she was able to serve these tricky tenants. I don’t think she will ever understand exactly how grateful I am. I will continue to use her and refer her to those I truly believe she was an answer to prayer during a very stressful time in my life. During a time where I was being taken advantage of because I am a soft spoken woman, Pauline had my back!
