- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to work quickly. My hourly rate reflects my attention to detail, devotion to your result and overall quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation is the first step. I love to hear what the client wants to accomplish so I can start the process of envisioning the solution. The next step is a consultation, either in person or virtually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have an educational background but my upbringing trained me for thinking outside the box and creating your happy place instead of wishing for it.
