- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Holiday Lighting we offer high quality LED lights we warranty for 3 years. ( They usually last longer than that!) You only pay for these once and then they are yours. We price labor separately and that is what you would pay each year to have them put up, taken down and stored. There is a Halloween Lighting special we offer to our holiday lighting customers. For window washing we price per pane of glass. The more complicated your windows the more time it takes to clean them. Older storm windows have twice as many panes and take the most time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Especially now with COVID, we try to look up the home on Google earth and get any clarifications on the phone. We can also give you and estimate based on pictures you send to us. If we do need to visit of course we will! Generally we would only need to walk around the outside of the house - even for window washing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of a franchise with technical support and training. Our Techs have an 80 hour process they go through for training.
