Howard is the consummate professional who treats customers with respect, and is a true gentleman. He is so responsive, that I swear he contacted me before I even hit the SEND button on my initial email. His installer Nick, even showed up early and did an excellent job, leaving the house looking like the cameras had always been there. All I can say is, Howard is a man of his word. I had (what I thought) was a complicated network wiring issue, but the team was able to figure it out and get it fixed in less than an hour. Howard and his team were courteous, respectful and efficient. I’ll definitely be hiring them again and recommending them to my friends and colleagues!
