- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not currently offer discounts. On the design end once we get eyes on your job scope and needs we flat fee the design rate so that you know exactly what deliverables to expect. Project Management and Installation Fees are billed hourly dependent on how many team members are required to be on site.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since the age of 7, I knew I wanted to be an Interior Designer. I grew up with influence all around me. When I was younger, I loved watching my mom repurpose our furnishings to create new looks. Like a typical child does, I would ask 1000 questions. My late father also owned his own screen printing company which prompted me to start a clothing line I hand sewed when I was just 8. My bigger influence in Interior Design would be my stepfather who owns his own contracting business. He would come home and have me review blueprints and plans with him. Due to his expertise, as a family we ended up flipping our primary residence and when I was 16 years old I started working for him doing administrative tasks for his contracting business. It was this exposure that prompted me into going in school for Architecture which then switched to an Interior Design focus.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with practically everyone. Homeowners, contractors, builders, investors, and even a few business owners designing spaces for their offices and restaurants.
