The team came in very promptly and worked with a lot of respect within the home . Every single piece of furniture was moved and covered , the carpets were removed and cut up to fit , the dust was controlled while the floor was polished . The work ethic was spot on . It was a two day job , that being said - the team was professional and really made sure the area was covered and cleaned within those days. Highly recommend.

So what does one do when you are selling a house and closing day is 3 days away, and you have a large stain on your wood floor that you know will never pass the final walkthrough. Well, I called Dynamic Service on Tuesday late in the afternoon and explained my dilemma. The Boss man was cool, calm and collected. He told me he would have his team over in the morning. By Wednesday afternoon we had a plan of action. To the point, the options were laid out by the Service. I asked the Boss man what was the best way to make this stain go away….like it never happened. 😬 With some angst, I needed to know if it would look like it never happened. He told me…it will look better than that! I told him the buyers needed to walk on this newly finished floor on Friday afternoon. He said he had my back, and my closing will go as planned. They went to work, replaced the stained wood planks, sanded the entire floor and applied a finish. They finished Thursday afternoon and I went to take a look at the job Thursday after work. It looked like the stain never happened…well, actually it looked even better! Dynamic Service is the REAL DEAL. The house was sold on Friday, without a hitch. Highly recommended! 😉
