- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I need to make sure I understand the client's needs and expectations. This will be outlined from our first meeting, and we will maintain an open line of communication in case the client's needs change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in accounting and I learned to prepare tax returns by and in HR Block Income tax course.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has been involved in managing rental properties for over 30 years, and I joined my family in the rental business shortly after I graduated. I managed properties part time while I worked professionally as an accountant for large and mid-sized companies. In 2020, a small company contacted me for help with payroll and accounting services. I enjoyed helping this company so much over the years that I decided to start a business and build out my own brand.
