- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is a flat rate. This means, no extra fees or surprises down the road. I include everything imaginable in my fee, from special shampoos to the clean up at the end!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my clients and learn what their needs are so that I can tailor my service to them. All I need is a sink/tub to bathe in and a small area to set up my equipment! I bring everything I need including towels and a vacuum!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through petsmart's grooming academy and have been continuing my education with seminars and grooming events.
