I am fully insured, certified/licensed residential electrician (IBEW) plumber/carpenter/maintenance technician tech#3/Handyman for the South/north towns of western NY I specialize in making sure my customers are my number one priority, essentially which ever job it may be, I'm concerned mostly with my customers satisfaction in my professional services I provide to them, second is the task at hand, I'm a very well rounded professional, when it comes to most of the construction trades, carpentry, remodeling, interior/exterior, residential electrical and plumbing, furniture assembly, gutters, roofing, garage door opener installations, Windows, doors etc. Most of all I come with a positive, professional attitude to accommodate my customers no matter the challenge, there is no limit to my service. Jesse was great, knowledgeable and professional. He provides quality workmanship and assembly. Jesse assembled our basketball hoop and based on the result it’s obvious he takes pride in his work. Will hire him again for future projects.

Jesse came to our business and installed a Projector Mounting System, Projection Screen, White Board, and also built a secure wooden structure to hold the projection mount. The Projection Mount did not come with the proper hardware to install and Jesse went out and purchased all the hardware to make it happen! We really appreciate the time Jesse spent working on our projects and going above and beyond of what we initially asked to make sure he could complete the project! Highly recommend and will use him for any future projects we may have!

My hourly rate is standard flat $95.00ph - Electrical,plumbing,replacement window/doors interior carpentry,furniture assembly, picture/art hanging, TV mounting,garage door opener installations, etc. $110.00ph- Roofing/Exterior framing, roofing repair,leaks, related tasks, gutters etc. please be advised this is just a standard rate given the complexities to each project, I am always willing to negotiate a more comfortable rate that is more comfortable with the customer given the complexity of the task.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified union residential electrician (IBEW) I also have a carpentry/Building certification through bocce trade school, I'm OSHA certified, HAZMAT certified, powder actuated tools certified, past Union Plumbing apprentice-2 year field technician, Maintenance Technician for Black & Decker Inc. past experience 20+ years, HandyMan 8 years experience.
